**Описание работы**:

- Просмотр потенциальных клиентов, анализ тенденций рынка и промежуточные процессы переговоров обеспечивают справедливую и честную сделку.
- Планирование ежемесячных целей продаж и их выполнение в заданных сроках.
- Управление продажами с акцентом на достижение заранее определенных целей продаж для команды.
- Создание новых бизнес-перспектив в различных географических областях с использованием поиска и исследований для генерации потенциальных клиентов и достижения целей продажи.
- Работа с платформами объявлений, такими как Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder и т. Д.
- Управление портфолио объявлений.
- Презентация наших проектов клиентам. Управление деятельностью, связанной с переговорами и заключением контрактов.
- Эффективное управление запросами, проблемами и возражениями клиентов.
- Быть осведомленным о вторичном и арендном рынках и всех новых проектах.
- Управление портфелем клиентов с подробной информацией о их требованиях.
- Быть специалистом на рынке, чтобы консультировать и руководить своими клиентами и командой.

**Требования**:

- Не менее 4-5 лет опыта работы..
- Обладает отличными организационными навыками.
- Отличные письменные и устные навыки коммуникации, особенно по электронной почте.
- Хорошо выглядит и имеет хорошую трудовую этику.
- Сильные навыки переговоров и коммуникации.
- Знание MS Office, таких как Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook и т. Д.
