**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Support:

- Assist in the management of the company's overall operations and workflow.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the

company president.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

2. Communication and Liaison:

- Act as a liaison between the President and various internal and external

stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other

external parties.
- Oversee project completion by delegating tasks, monitoring progress and

collaborating with relevant personnel.
- Coordinate office activities, Human Resource, Administration, Inventories,

Supplies, Maintenance etc.

3. Representation:

- Represent the Company President in various professional capacities as required.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of the President.
- Ensure that the President's voice and perspective are accurately conveyed.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required by the President.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and expense reports.

5. Problem Solving and Initiative:

- Anticipate the needs of the President and proactively address any challenges.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to facilitate effective

cross-functional communication and coordination.

7. Personal Commitments:

- Assist the President with personal commitments, including managing household

and family matters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both business and personal, including flights,

accommodations, and itineraries.
- Help manage the President's calendar, ensuring a balance between work and

personal engagements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting

senior management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
