Travel Agency Sales Executive

The Travel Sales Executive - Corporate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and promoting the agency's services to meet those requirements.
This role involves proactive sales efforts, effective communication, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive corporate travel bookings.
Also responsible for achieving revenue targets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
- Create and maintain a sales plan outlining goals, tactics, and timelines.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, destinations, and services.
- Ensure that the sales team is well-informed about the agency's offerings.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge.
**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Forecast future sales trends and opportunities based on market analysis.
- Implement and utilize CRM tools for effective sales tracking and reporting.
**Negotiation and Contracting**:
- Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in travel industry sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- The Travel Agency Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the agency's growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Salary: 3500 - 5000 + Commission**
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
