**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and generate revenue.
- Manage budget,maintain financial records, and meet sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Good Knowledge about Inbound and Out bound Holiday packages, UAE Desert Safari.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, B2B partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage client relationships and provide personalized travel solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles in the travel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- UAE Driving license and own car is mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
