- **Job Purpose**

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Learn and develop up-to-date knowledge about DXB Live products & services, customer service systems and standard operating procedures & policies
- Qualify customer enquiry to generate quality leads. Log qualified leads in CRM system for sales team’s perusal.
- Handle service order by scripting new orders and/or validating and processing existing orders in CRM system. Follow-up with service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of requested service.
- Handle support requests, complaints or feedback by logging all tickets in case management system. Follow-up with internal teams and/or 3rd party for timely resolution and closure of customer cases.
- Perform outreach activities to generate quality leads, client on-boarding, or close the feedback loop through case management.
- Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified to measure the performance of customer service against business objectives.
- Fast paced customer service contact environment. The role requires working in a shift based operations (9 hours with 1 hour break - depending on exhibition requirements) and/or on public holidays with rotational/staggered day-offs.
- **Work Experience**
Minimum 2 year experience working in customer service ( engaging inbound/outbound) administering the exhibition requirements
UAE/GCC experience is a must
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Working knowledge of customer service practices and activities performed in customer service center environments. Must have worked within exhibition industry

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
