Administrator (Arabic Speaker)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Operations**: Manage and organize office functions, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, review, and maintain office documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for easy access.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Organize meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for both internal and external meetings.
- **Support Management**: Provide administrative support to managers and other team members, including preparing presentations, reports, and assisting with any day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Customer Service**: Assist clients, customers, and visitors with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in **Arabic**(spoken and written).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
