**Job Summary**:
As a Luxury Operations Sales & Marketing Agent for our prestigious Luxury Automotive Business, you will be responsible for promoting and enhancing the image of our luxury automotive services while driving sales and expanding our customer base. This role requires a deep passion for luxury cars, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong background in sales and marketing. You will be the face of our brand, catering to high-end clients, and ensuring their experience with our luxury services is nothing short of exceptional.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify potential clients and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, luxury car enthusiasts, and other potential target groups. Implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Luxury Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for our luxury automotive garage, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our services to clients and industry partners.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide personalized assistance and professional support to luxury car owners, understanding their individual needs and preferences to create a tailored experience that fosters long-term customer loyalty.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to raise awareness of our luxury services and drive sales.
- Event Planning: Organize exclusive events and experiences for our high-profile clientele to build relationships, showcase our services, and create networking opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest luxury automotive trends, models, and technology advancements to confidently communicate the value of our services to potential customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the service and maintenance team to ensure smooth service delivery, timely communication with clients, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities for the luxury automotive segment.
- Brand Development: Contribute to the development of the luxury brand image, ensuring all communication and interactions align with the brand's values and identity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for luxury cars and automotive culture.
- In-depth knowledge of the Luxury Automotive Business.
- Ability to create a Sales and Marketing Plan and implement it.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Creative thinker with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
