Job Title: Sales Executive - Luxury Car Showroom

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our presence in the luxury automotive market.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend luxury vehicles that align with their preferences.

Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of luxury cars, including specifications, features, and benefits.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including in-showroom, online inquiries, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, finance options, and trade-in offers to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.

After-Sales Support: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional after-sales service and follow-up on vehicle delivery and satisfaction.

Sales Reports: Track sales progress and provide regular reports to management.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.

Passion for Luxury Cars: A genuine interest in luxury vehicles and the automotive industry is essential.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with high-net-worth clients and understand their needs.

Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.

Valid Driver’s License: Required for test drives and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the luxury automotive market is a plus.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
