1. Provides responsible customer service in operating the Box Office.

2. To ensure cinema customers, whether in person or by telephone are greeted in a welcoming, courteous and helpful manner.

3. To assist in the smooth flow of information between all Box Office staff and other departments.

4. Assures that guest is provided with all their needs.

5. Assist guest in choosing movie and printing the tickets which the guest had chosen.

6. Encourages customers to avail the different offers that the company had offered.

7. Attends customer inquiries, comments and feedback whether through phone or in person.

8. Observes good relationship to all superiors and colleagues.

9. Handles e-ticket (kiosk) and counter customers.

1. Greet and welcomes guest warmly and offers the food items with the combo offer.

**2. Accurately account for all transactions, maintain accurate cash count, and balance floats at end of session.**

3. Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.

4. Responsible for supply restocking and facility upkeep.

5. Checks expiration date of the entire product to assure a healthy and safe food.

6. Follows food safety standard given by the ADFCA to protect guest.

7. Take and record customer’s order in the POS.

1. Assist guest in finding the row and seats assigned.

2. Checking all pathways, aisle and exit routes free from any obstructions.

3. Monitoring the trespassers and cinema violators.

4. Implementing age restrictions as per the media council’s approval.

5. Maintaining a well-organized display of posters and standees for currently playing and upcoming movies.

6. Observe and follow company rules and procedures.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
