**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**CINEMA CREW (AED 2300)**

**Box office Crew**
- Provides responsible customer service in operating the box office.
- To ensure cinema customers, whether in person or by telephone are greeted in a welcoming, courteous and helpful.
- To assist in the smooth flow of information between all box office staff and other departments.
- Assures that the guest is provided with all their needs.
- Assist guests in choosing movies and printing the tickets that the guest had chosen.
- Encourages customers to avail the different offers that the company had offered.
- Attends customer inquiries, comments, and feedback whether through phone or in person.
- Observes good relationship with all superiors and colleagues.
- Handles E-ticket (kiosk) and counter customers.

**Concession Crew**
- Greet and welcomes guests warmly and offer that food item with the combo offer.
- Accurately account for all transactions, maintain an accurate cash account, and balance float at end of sessions.
- interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Responsible for supply restocking and facility upkeep.
- Knowledge of inventory practices and food safety.
- Follow food safety standards given by the ADFCA to protect guests.
- Knowledge of POS system.

**Usher crew**
- Assist guests in finding the row and seats assigned.
- Checking all the pathways, aisle, and exit routes free from any obstruction.
- Monitoring trespassers and cinema violators.
- Implementing age restrictions as per the media council's approval.
- Maintaining well-organized displays and posters and standees for currently playing and upcoming movies.
- Observe and follow company rules and procedures.
- Ensures a good customer relationship through proper conduct and professionalism in handling and dealing with difficult customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
