Job Description
القيام بالأعمال المكتبية وانجاز المعاملات الرسمية المختلفة ومتابعة تنفيذها. القيام بالأعمال المكتبية المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل. إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات التي يرأسها المدير. تنظيم الصادر والوارد والاحتفاظ بالأرشيف الخاص. دراسة المعاملات الرسمية المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل ومراجعتها والتأكد من استيفائها الشروط المطلوبة. - تعبئة البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة في المعاملات المختلفة. متابعة إنجاز المعاملات الرسمية المختلفة المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل. إرشاد المراجعين والرد على استفساراتهم وتوجيههم في الأمور المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل عند الحاجة. مراجعة التقارير الدورية الواردة للوحدة التنظيمية والإشراف على تحليلها ودراستها. حفظ وأرشفة البيانات والمستندات المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل. القيام بأي أعمال أخرى ذات علاقة بطبيعة العمل عند التكليف.
Minimum Qualification
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال

الدورات العامة دورات تدريبية في تطبيقات الحاسوب المكتبية دورات تدريبية في مهارات الاتصال الفعال دورات تدريبية في خدمة الجمهور الدورات التخصصية دورات تدريبية في طرق الأرشفة وحفظ السجلات دورات تدريبية في طرق إعداد التقارير والمراسلات والوثائق : الكفاءات الاساسية المساءلة إدارة الموارد بفاعلية التركيز على النتائج التركيز على خدمة العملاء التواصل ومهارات الاتصال كفاءة العمل بروح الفريق الواحد : الكفاءات التخصصية مهارة الكتابة المتقدمة والقدرة على إجراء المراسلات الداخلية والخارجية مهارة كتابة التقارير المعرفة بأسس وسياسات المعاملات والشؤون الإدارية القدرة على التحليل الكمي والنوعي
