Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our corporate gifting, stationery, branding, and office supplies segments. You will work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and ensure our products reach a wide audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate gifting, stationery, branding, and office supplies sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate gifting, stationery, branding, or office supplies.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
