**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for A To S in the UAE, particularly in Dubai. We’re looking for someone who not only understands the local market but also has a passion for helping businesses succeed through tailored marketing and website services. Your role will include:

- **Building relationships**: You’ll connect with potential clients, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
- **Selling solutions, not just services**: You’ll get to know a business’s challenges and needs, recommending tailored digital marketing and web services that truly make an impact.
- **Understanding the Dubai market**: You’ll have a strong understanding of the UAE, particularly Dubai, and know how to position A To S’s services to stand out in this competitive landscape.
- **Strategic partnerships**: You’ll identify and develop partnerships that bring value to both A To S and our clients.
- **Driving business growth**: By setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, you’ll contribute to the growth of the company, helping us expand our reach.

**Who You Are**:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about digital transformation and has a solid understanding of selling marketing services and websites. You’re someone who:

- Has **3+ years of experience** in business development, ideally in the marketing or digital space within the UAE.
- Is well-connected in Dubai’s business community, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Knows how to sell complex marketing solutions in a way that makes sense to business owners.
- Is driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to listen to clients and offer them the best solutions.
- Is a natural relationship-builder, able to nurture and grow partnerships.
