**CRM Solution Architect**:

A well-established company based in Abu Dhabi are looking for a CRM Solution Architect

Your Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for CRM system improvements.
- Solution Design:

- Design and architect CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's data structure and integration points with other systems.
- Define data models, entities, and relationships within the CRM system.
- Customization and Configuration:

- Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and implement custom workflows, automation, and business rules.
- Integration:

- Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other systems, such as ERP or marketing automation tools.
- Security and Access Control:

- Define and implement security models and access controls to protect sensitive data within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- User Training and Support:

- Provide training to end-users on the effective use of the CRM system.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CRM solution, including design specifications, configurations, and customizations.
- Collaboration with Development Teams:

- Work closely with development teams to ensure custom code aligns with the overall CRM architecture.
- Review and validate custom development work for CRM solutions.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets functional and performance requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of CRM industry trends, best practices, and updates.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management:

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Vendor Management:

- Interact with CRM platform vendors to understand new features, updates, and support options.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing CRM-related services.

Your Qualifications
- Solution and Technology Architecture expertise with a minimum of 12 years of work experience in designing Enterprise grade solutions, with a proven track record in executing complex IT projects.
- Expertise in Airline domain (PSS, Airline and Airport operations, Cargo, engineering etc) is preferable
- Experience of Enterprise architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, microservices, and other integration methodologies, ideally in Airline domain
- Experience with the architecture of mission critical, high transaction volume environments
- Experience with the full software development life cycle using traditional and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in C level stakeholder management. The position requires working closely with other architects, business teams, and project teams
- Proven experience in recognizing the corporate strategy and realizing all business processes that define how a company achieves its strategic goals.
- Experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, driving common approaches, delivering sustainable, re-usable enterprise architecture using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree is desirable. One or more Certification in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture is preferred. - e.g. Well Architected Frameworks, SAFe Architect, TOGAF, Open Certified Architect, ISEB Architecture
- Experience in SAFe Agile and other methodologies preferred.
- Certifications in one or more of the CRM technologies would be preferable: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM etc.
