The key responsibilities for this role:
- **Document Management**:
- Develop and implement document management systems and procedures.
- Ensure that documents are accurately filed, organized, and maintained.
- Track and manage document revisions and updates.
- **Document Control**:
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before approval and distribution.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all documents, including version control and change history.
- Ensure that all documents are archived and retrieved according to company policy.
- **Compliance and Security**:
- Ensure that document handling practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to document control procedures.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Coordinate with various departments to gather, distribute, and manage documents.
- Provide support and training to staff on document control processes.
- Act as a point of contact for document-related inquiries and issues.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate and maintain reports on document control metrics and performance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to document management processes.
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
