**Marketing Executive - Recruitment & Outsourcing**

**Ideal incumbent**:

- Proven 2-3 years of Marketing and Business Development Experience in Recruitment OR Outsourcing industry in UAE.
- Maintaining strategic and effective business relationship with Clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within UAE and overseas.
- Developing market strategies by researching leads for high potential Clients.
- Willingness to achieve Marketing targets and earn attractive incentives (as per company’s policies with regards to your exceptional performance).
- Conduct Market Research and stay updated on Recruitment and Outsourcing industry trends, market conditions, Govt. legislations and changes in recruitment and outsourcing practices.
- Understanding of bulk hiring (Blue collar and White collar).
- Experienced in preparing Recruitment Business Proposals and PPT presentation.
- Good understanding of entire Recruitment processes for UAE and Overseas.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Can join immediately.
- Able to work well under pressure & can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly flexible and driven for growth.
- Arabic language would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal), Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
- Preference will be given to dependent visa holders (i-e. Husband or Father visa sponsorship).
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
