Job description

Group Manager - (F & A) will be responsible for the whole accounts of the company, daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, managing the accounts team, audit preparation. Also, responsible for the financial health of a company or organization. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding Owners/senior management in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

GENERAL DUTIES
- Develop and manage monthly, annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
- Full control and plan over the cashflow and keep updating CEO.
- Making sure of daily sales figure is accurate and deposited on daily basis.
- Making sure that all the sales bills in our branches are valid, and any discount or complimentary has to be verified.
- Coordinate with all the operation team for cost analysis, and other related tasks.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
- Analyze monthly financial statements (profit & loss ac, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to employees as requested.
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit and involve in the complete co operation of the internal and external audit.
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
- Verify vendor payments and check requests.

Reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
- Process payroll and report payroll cost analysis for the organization.

Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.

Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company, and make sure that the people fall in to it to follow the same.

Additional Job Requirements

Any degree in Accounting / Finance + Relevant Certification (CMA or CPA) will be preferred.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

Advanced practical skills on MS-Excel.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Thorough knowledge of full accounting procedures and principles.

Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.

Deep understanding of business principles and practices.

Preference will be given for immediate joiners.
