Job Description:
As an Office Administrator and Filing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and maintaining organized filing systems. Your primary duties will include:
Administrative Support:
Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.

Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Filing and Records Management:
Creating and maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Sorting and filing documents, correspondence, invoices, and other records accurately and efficiently.

Ensuring proper labeling and indexing of files for easy retrieval.

Periodically purging outdated or unnecessary records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Assisting in the digitization of paper records and implementing document management software.

Office Maintenance and Organization:
Keeping the office area clean, organized, and presentable always.

Monitoring and maintaining office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.

Coordinating with building maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an office setting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
