Night Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and monitor activities of all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guestsatisfaction and safety.
- Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIParrivalsas well as special requests and repeat guests.
- Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escortto accommodations if appropriate.
- Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
- Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
- Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night auditin a timely fashion.
- Work closely with the HousekeepingDepartment to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication.
- Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures.
- Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training.
- Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Securitydepartment and/or the Front Office Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Not less than 3 year experience in supervisory/management capacity in a Mid scale or Luxuryproperty in Dubai is mandatory.
- Experience in managing Clubs and Resto Bar in mandatory.
- Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field with computer knowledge
- Fluency in English and Hindi writing and speaking and other languages are advantages.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
