**Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Guide customers in making informed decisions and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.

**Problem Resolution**: Effectively identify and assess customer issues, working diligently to find swift and satisfactory solutions. Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.

**Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Ensure accurate and efficient order management while maintaining a positive customer experience.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our customer management system. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Feedback Collection**: Actively seek and collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Relay valuable insights and suggestions to relevant teams for enhancing products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

**Process Improvement**: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your customer service skills and stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while maintaining a positive and composed demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling difficult customers and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
