Female Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform secretarial duties such as scheduling meetings, appointments etc. and maintaining files and records.
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and managing expenses.
- Manage quantity surveying and planning activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Petty cash settlement and tracking.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Communicate with clients, send business proposals and follow-up on the same.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.).
- Take care of the office facility and maintain office equipment.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Be flexible and able to handle work pressure.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Planning, Hospitality, or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
**Salary**: AED2,300.00 per month
