**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Associate at our warehouse sale or luxury outlet, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and upholding the brand image. Your role will involve assisting customers in finding the right products, providing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty. Whether it's at our warehouse sale or luxury outlet, you will play a vital role in maximizing revenue and contributing to the store's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, offering personalized assistance.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

2. **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Proactively engage with customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and product information.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing the shopping experience and increasing sales revenue.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to communicate effectively with customers.

3. **Product Presentation**:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Regularly restock and replenish merchandise to ensure a full and appealing inventory.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable to create an attractive shopping environment.

4. **Cash Handling and POS Operation**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely, following store procedures.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures responsibly, ensuring cash register reconciliation.

5. **Brand Representation**:

- Embody the brand's values and image, projecting a professional and polished appearance.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products, conveying the brand's story and heritage to customers.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude that reflects the brand's ethos.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other Sales Associates and team members to achieve collective goals.
- Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to enhance overall performance.
- Foster a supportive and cooperative work environment.

7. **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory levels to management.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, particularly in a warehouse sale or luxury outlet environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Passion for retail and enthusiasm for luxury products and brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in sales or retail is a plus.

**Working Environment**:
As a Sales Associate at our warehouse sale or luxury outlet, you will work primarily on the sales floor, interacting directly with customers. The environment can be dynamic and fast-paced, especially during sales events and busy shopping periods. You will be part of a collaborative team, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
