Café Supervisor

A local coffee roaster, supplier to food service industry and an operator of a chain of coffee shops is seeking to hire an experienced café supervisor.

The applicant’s duties and responsibilities will include:

- Lead, train and supervising café staff.
- Prepare weekly work schedules and ensure the outlet is fully staffed.
- Ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the café operation.
- Follow up on accurate punching of orders, collection of payments, generate and reconcile POS report and make bank deposits.
- Ensure that all café expenses are within budget and identify ways to decrease operational costs.
- Liaisons with suppliers and/or warehouse team to ensure orders are always delivered with correct quantity, the right specification and on time.
- Takes and maintain inventory of café supplies and assets.
- Track performances and prepare management reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Represent and present a professional company/brand image (as per the company vision and branding guideline).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
