We're looking for Thumbnail designers for AboFlah who love YouTube content.

This isn't a _graphic design _job. This is a job designing a graphic that is seen by millions of people. If it's a great thumbnail, millions will click it. More people watch AboFlah than some of the most popular TV shows in the Middle East.

We want to work with people humble enough to accept failure... until it works. We love our content but we take our work seriously. If you give up easy, can't embrace feedback and think your first design is the best design, then this isn't the place for you.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in thumbnail and or thoughtful graphic design, preferably within the YouTube or digital content creation space.

**Creative Ability**
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas that capture attention and drive engagement.

**Technical Ability**
- Strong in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools, with the ability to manipulate images, typography, and visual elements to create compelling thumbnails

**Communication Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with content creators, receive feedback, and articulate design decisions.

**Adaptability**
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends, content requirements, and audience preferences, demonstrating flexibility and agility in responding to changing needs and priorities.
