This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories It needs to change So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies. \xef\xb8\x8fOur ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. YOUR MISSION - Your mission will be to create outstanding content which reflects the identity of Paradox across our social media channels and ad campaigns. Reporting to the Traffic Manager. Your 4 main missions : 1) Create outstanding content for Paradox\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts on a daily-basis Create modern and badass visual content (Instagram carousels, images, Instagram video thumbnails, YouTube video thumbnails among others) that makes people say \xe2\x80\x9cWOW\xe2\x80\x9d and that illustrates the message we strive to share with our audience on our social networks. Create content in tune with our graphic charter and that creates coherence and harmony across all our social media accounts. Whether it\xe2\x80\x99s on Instagram, Linkedin or Facebook, we want people to say \xe2\x80\x9cOh, this is for sure a piece of content from Paradox.\xe2\x80\x9d Create engaging content that makes people want to react and share it with others Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
2) Create world-class \xe2\x80\x9cstop-scroll\xe2\x80\x9d social media ads content Create social media ads content (Instagram stories ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads\xe2\x80\xa6) that generate a strong will for our audience to stop what they\xe2\x80\x99re doing to take action
3) Create Lead Magnet design, Product mockups, information flyers that our audience would love to print given how much they\xe2\x80\x99ll love them
4) Work in synergy with our social media team You\xe2\x80\x99ll be one of the strongest links of the social media team and will work in direct collaboration with our social media manager and our social media video content creators. Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF ? - Must have : You have a portfolio of finished products (a plus if you have previously worked on social media) You Master Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) or equivalent like Figma. You seek excellence and are able to work at a high level of quality. You welcome feedback and seek improvement You have a keen marketing eye, which allows you to understand the strategic issues of your visuals, the placement of the elements you choose, etc. Obsessed with excellence, you find it hard to be satisfied. You are creative, but at the same time you have the ability to align your visuals with a tone, an identity... And you want to be able to work on several nuances of tone (we have several brands, and therefore several targets). Passionate about details and what is beautiful \xe2\x80\xa6 it is inconceivable for you to do it the old-fashioned way.
