This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

YOUR MISSION - Your mission will be to create outstanding and high-engaging videos for our english-speaking social networks that contribute to establishing Paradox brands as recognizable and leading brands in the leadership, self-mastery and business industry. At Paradox, we produce and publish video content every single day on our different platforms. As a result, here the main mission you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of : 1) Extract the most relevant and engaging content from our massive video stock We have a massive stock of content that is only waiting for you to be taken care of and repurposed and redistributed in an appealing way to our community. Identify video excerpts that has potential to go viral and structure them in the most efficient way to make it appealing to consume 2) Create outstanding and distribution-ready video content adapted to the different platforms and video formats (IGTV, IG Reels, Facebook Watch videos, promotional stories) You know what it takes to deliver high engaging content on every single platform and know how to adapt your production process to them Once you choose an exciting extract to work on, your role will be to make it fluid, catchy, attractive, punchy and pedagogical for our audience using various techniques : change of rhythm, music, editing techniques or text insertion. It also means playing an important role in the creation of catchy headlines and ensuring all the assets (captioning and thumbnails among others) are distribution-ready. 3) Create promotional video based on the brand news or ongoing product campaigns Your role here will be to adapt your production planning to produce marketing driven videos that support our marketing campaigns and help us reach our business goals. 4) Create an efficient workflow with your social media team members i.e social media managers, writers or videographers You will collaborate with the whole social media team. Setting the different priorities and building a publishing schedule with our social media manager and ensuring all the team members involved are up to date with the different phases of production to deliver our content in the most optimal way (and much more) will be part of your daily mission. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF ? - Must have : You know what it takes to make creative and high engaging videos on social media You are a talented and skilled video editor who understands content marketing and the subtleties of every social media platform and know perfectly how to adapt to their specificities You are expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs : You master Premiere Pro and have at least some basic knowledge of After Effects You have an ability to place yourself in the spectator\xe2\x80\x99s shoes and understand his or her expectations to reverse engineer this knowledge onto the content you create You are passionate about personal growth and/or entrepreneurship and you yourself follow an approach that leads to self mastery You have great project management skills You are force of proposal and love to bring some new ideas and innovation to the table You believe in the power of social media to spread inspirational messages at scale The idea of impacting thousands of people through their screens resonates with you.
