We are looking for a F&B Admin Assistant to join our team at Eatwell Restaurant.
- This role aids the Food & Beverage department by completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Providing support with skill and professionalism this role will include a wide variety of administrative functions.
- In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of Eatwell restaurant.
- Under limited supervision, performs a variety of intermediate-level clerical and secretarial duties to relieve manager of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
- Create and maintain up-to-date electronic and physical file system.
- Assist in menu design and production for weekly, seasonal, and annual features for F&B division.
- Support F&B department with time management, data gathering and communication for the execution of projects or events.

Manage all information ensuring accurate record keeping and timely submittal of documentation and reports to manager.

All of our employees are required to be flexible. Where the need arises, the Company may require you to undertake other duties or jobs.

**Education**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

**Experience**
- 2+ years’ similar experience in hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent GCC experience is required.
- Excellent communicator in English and any additional language is an advantage

**Functional Skills**
- Female applicants only
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the F&B Operations flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect, policies or operations and general knowledge of the restaurant or meal plans operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,501.00 per month
