In this role, you'll:
- Champion the administration of Daman Health Insurance for all GAL employees and their dependents.
- Oversee the petty cash budget and ensure meticulous documentation for various administrative expenditures.
- Collaborate with our insurance broker to coordinate life insurance benefits for employees.
- Foster a seamless work environment for the HR HQ by assigning tasks to drivers and assisting Admin Services personnel.
- Streamline the onboarding process for new hires by facilitating airport pickups and document collection.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
Experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
Bachelor's degree (HR Management preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
