**What we're looking for**:
As the EMEA Telco Partner Account Manager, you will develop our joint offerings and business with selected Telco players and as part of the virtual Telco team, contribute to the expansion of our business via Telco players across EMEA.
You have proven business development and sales experience in developing and growing a managed services business through a select group of Strategic Telco partners both in Entreprise and Mid-market. If you have a substantial experience in building recurring business models for managed services in an international environment and working in a virtual team of Partner Business Developers, we'd love to speak to you
**Position Overview**:
The newly created EMEA Telco PAM role is responsible for driving a targeted group of Telco providers as well as contributing to the wider EMEA team with Telco focus, accountable for growing Citrix Service Provider revenue and bookings for their named partners, increasing the share of wallet and develop/ launch new offerings:
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for shaping the joint engagement strategy with your Telco partners and implementing this plan to over-achieve your objectives. You will have a 360-degree view on your joint business with your partners (Sell-to/ Sell-through/ Sell-with, Executive engagement, Sales, Marketing, Technical enablement)
- As part of the the EMEA Telco team, you will work closely with the Telco Lead to build the broader Telco strategy and engagement for EMEA and support the virtual Telco team of PAMs, who are engaging with other Telcos, in building the Industry-expertise.
- Generate deep partnerships with assigned Telcos based on solid Executive’s alignment and shared Business Plans
- Strong Business Rhythm in place for successful Sales execution, Business Development initiatives landing and joint investments management
- Support a strong PAM Community engaging with other Telcos and set the standard of Citrix overall engagement with these critical partners across EMEA
- Responsible for all aspects of the business development from pricing negotiations, contract development, building and executing sound Go-To-Market and Marketing plans, as well as technical enablement to ensuring successful business outcomes
- Support partners in pursuing and finding opportunities
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in building recurring business models for managed services in an international environment
- Extensive prior business development and sales experience in a high-tech environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
- Extensive experience in selling with and through **Telco** and building recurring business models for managed services (advantageous)
- Proven successful experience in working in an international context, with international/ remote diverse teams
- Fluency in English is required and Spanish in addition will be highly advantageous
- Willingness to work in a matrix organization with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and other locations as the need arises
- A demonstrated understanding of the **Managed** **Services Provider business model in a Hybrid/ Cloud environment **inclusive of launching ‘finished Product’ to drive revenue and market share capture, as well as shaping Go-To-Market motions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
