Zapegg Tax Consultant, a prominent firm providing comprehensive tax services in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- UAE residency or valid work permit.
