All about the role:
This is a CI Manager, Commercial, APAC & MEA role. We are looking for an outstanding mind and talent to lead continuous improvement across the Commercial organization for our business in APAC & MEA. The role will be a key contributor for our high ambitions for extraordinary profitable growth. You will collaborate closely with all functions in the Sales Companies to drive improvement projects and will interact closely with the Commercial leadership of the region.

What you’ll do:
Leadership
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Lead project post implementation reviews and feedback results to the Executive Team
- Continuously improve the use of ECI across the Commercial organization.

Identifying Business Development Opportunities
- Work with management to identify areas for review across the organization.
- Complete investigative work to define and scope projects.
- Prepare project plans and resource plans for Executive Team approval.

Project Management
- Work with project leaders in the markets to help define project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management/Executive Team.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Transformation of the internal business needs into well-defined business requirements.
- Facilitate decision-making, issues resolution and consensus among cross-functional teams.

Who You Are?
- You are experienced within the area of continuous improvement, project management and business transformation. Six Sigma qualifications are preferred (Black Belt)
- You have worked in an international environment with multi-functional teams and successfully led projects within the field.
- You have knowledge of Commercial Operations including understanding inter-dependencies across functions and the business.
- You are a problem solver with a pragmatic business approach and are highly adaptable to change. You have an ability to work with details but can also see the big picture.
- You can communicate well on all levels in an organization and have a passion for analyzing data and make sound business judgement from the same.
- You are fluent in English and any additional language and APAC & MEA related cultural skill are considered a plus.
