**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are a leading exhibition stand design, fabrication, and installation company based in the United Arab Emirates. The company provides customized solutions for businesses and organizations looking to make a lasting impression at trade shows, conferences, and other corporate events.

We offer a full range of services, including consultation, design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and dismantling of exhibition stands. The company takes pride in delivering exceptional quality work and timely execution of projects, ensuring that its clients' exhibitions stand out and create an impact.

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target government agencies, main stakeholders, and private entities as potential clients for exhibition stand services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

2. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

3. After-Sales and Customer Service:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client’s post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and build long-term relationships.
- Offer post-project support and assistance as needed.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project status, and customer feedback for management review.

5. Project Management and Production (Side Duties):

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project planning, including design, fabrication, logistics, and installation of exhibition stands.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality exhibition stands.

Qualification
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the exhibition or event industry.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Knowledge of exhibition stand design and construction is a plus.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
