he Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by managing various office functions, facilitating communication within the company, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- **Office Management**:

- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate databases of contact information, schedules, and reports.
- Input, update, and retrieve information in the company’s system as required.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the flow of information is timely and accurate.
- Help organize company events, staff meetings, or workshops.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
