**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Financial Planning and Analysis** Review, develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decision-making. **Budgeting and Forecasting** Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports. Prepare accurate financial forecasts to guide the company's financial planning. **Cashflow Management** Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity needs are met. Implement effective cash management and treasury strategies. Finalise the bank facilities. Prepare cashflow forecast on monthly basis based on confirmed orders and opportunity reported by sales.

**Auditing** Prepare supporting documentation for external audits. Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process. Implement recommendations from audit findings to enhance financial controls. **Tax Compliances** Stay informed about changes in tax laws affecting our industry. Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and filing requirements. Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations and filing requirements.
Collaborate with external tax consultants as needed.
**Financial Reporting** Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
**Payroll** Oversee the monthly payroll process for Staff’s and workers. Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries and other related payments.
**Cost Control** Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures. Collaborate with other departments for effective implementation. Review and finalise insurance and banking cost.
**Team leadership** Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and transparency within the finance department.

**Requirements**:
Intermediate CA or ACA, CPA, or ACCA
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably 3+ years of UAE experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements, including IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Familiarity with financial management software, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Understanding of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax planning strategies.
Ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, including long-term financial planning, investment strategies, and capital allocation.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
