We are a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing and trading company seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Accounts to join our team on immediate basis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

As the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and accounting functions of the company:
**Financial Leadership**:

- Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for financial improvement.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for senior management.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Implement effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Audit and Corporate Tax Coordination**:

- Coordinate external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth audit process.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Management of Corporate Tax, VAT, payroll, end of service and other employee benefits

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.
- Implement efficiency measures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years in Senior finance /accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Tally,QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office suite, etc (preferred)
- Excellent skills in English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Employment - Full time

Salary - Aed 8000 to Aed 12000 ( depending on experience )

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
