**What we expect from you**:
**Visa Processes**
- Stay up-to-date with UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of visa-related documents and track expiration dates.
- Provide guidance to team members on visa-related queries and provide hands-on support throughout the process.
**Business Travel Arrangements**
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel and accommodation for team members, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Create detailed itineraries and travel packs for employees, including essential documents and information.
- Assist with the arrangement of transportation, visas, and accommodation for business trips.
**Administrative Assistance and HRIS Management**
- Provide administrative and operational support to smoothly execute our People and Culture strategy and deliver a seamless experience for all Justlife team members.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute People and Culture programs and processes including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding and employee relations.
- Oversee time-off management, ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, and assist team members with time-off-related inquiries.
- Assist team members with benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
- Process all team members’ paperwork and maintain accurate records in our HRIS system.
- Comply with maintaining clean, updated databases and confidential employee records, promptly responding to verification requests.
- Continuously improve our employee lifecycle management via automation, innovation, and the latest People and Culture trends for onboarding/offboarding and employee relations.
- Prepare and analyze People and Culture reports and data per request.
**People and Culture Communications**
- Effectively communicate internal policies to team members and stay up to date in terms of new compliance requirements. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace in adherence to internal policies and legal requirements, promptly addressing any potential disruptions.
- Coordinate People and Culture team’s internal communications on-site, keeping the team informed and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with team members and leaders, encouraging active participation in company initiatives, both on-site and virtual.
- Be an advocate for Justlife culture and values, demonstrate role model behaviors by setting an example of high engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in People Operations/Admin roles in P&C teams
- Experience in high-growth startup environments especially in the tech industry
- Excellent written and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset
- Experience in remote team management
