**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- **Lead Sales Team**: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to drive sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of moving projects and resolve any issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of track record in sales management, preferably in the relocation and moving industry or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies and manage a sales team effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in sales or management are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the relocation and moving industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and driving business growth

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
