Receptionist and administrative assistant is responsible for providing support to an organization or executive, the following duties are expected:

- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Filing and organizing paperwork and documents
- Creating reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Assisting with project coordination and management
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning, following up with tasks given by management, other duties
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Must Have:

- Good Appearance - A MUST
- Driving License - A MUST
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask effectively.
- A degree or certificate in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Language Skills:

- English: Skilled.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
