Cluster IT Supervisor

Cluster IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout two hotels.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Cluster IT Supervisor, you will support overall the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotels and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically, the Cluster IT Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
- Manage all property owned IT equipment and order new IT equipment ahead of time, strictly following Hilton purchasing policies, guidelines and approval chains
- Respond to all assistance requests very speedily and with a service orientation attitude in line with our brand-specific
- Identify and implement solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment
- Support HR and GM on effectively managing IDM at the hotel (register, activate, change, de-activate system users)
- Provide regular IT related skills / knowledge training to hotel Team Members and HODs to increase their independence in resolving potential IT issues
- Manage shared technology resources
- Periodically implement and carry out preventive maintenance on systems to ensure their reliability and availability
- Manage IT setups and installations on property, ensuring compliance with company and local standards
- Recommend system improvements
- Communicate with the hotel Business Center Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements

- Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
- Experience of all Microsoft systems
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
