**Responsibilities**:
Attendance Management: Maintain attendance records for employees and ensure timely submission of attendance reports.

Correspondence and Report Preparation: Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents in both English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Organize meetings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing meeting materials.

Document Management: Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, printing, mailing, and filing to maintain organized and up-to-date files.

Meeting Minutes Documentation: Document and distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties, ensuring proper archiving and sharing of information.

Establish Filing System: Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents as needed.

Permit Issuance: Assist in obtaining necessary permits or licenses as required by government authorities or relevant entities.

Registration in Systems/Websites: Register and maintain the company's information in various systems or websites of relevant organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
