We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export/Import Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of international trade by managing all aspects of export and import documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Documentation Management:_
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate documentation.
- 2. Customs Compliance:_
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate clearance processes.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to customs documentation.
- 3. Communication and Coordination:_
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to obtain required documentation.
- Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities to ensure timely approvals and permits.
- 4. Record Keeping:_
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all export and import documentation.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for management and regulatory purposes.

5. Problem Resolution:

- Proactively identify and resolve documentation discrepancies or issues to prevent delays in shipments.
- 6.Banking and Finance:_
- Utilize your knowledge of banking, finance, and accounts to manage letters of credit, document collections, and other financial transactions related to international trade.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export/import documentation, customs compliance, and international trade.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using relevant software like Microsoft Suite, Canva and other relevant systems for documentation purposes.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues related to documentation or customs clearance.
- Proficiency in banking, finance, and accounts related to international trade transactions.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
