Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager with manufacturing experience, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships for our organization. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the manufacturing sector. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and creating innovative strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients within the manufacturing industry. Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to their manufacturing needs.

Develop strategic partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships and alliances. Identify opportunities to leverage complementary products or services that align with our organization's goals.

Sales and negotiation: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and customer insights to develop targeted strategies for business development and growth.

Develop marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies that effectively promote our products and services within the manufacturing sector.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide feedback and insights to guide product enhancements and improvements based on customer needs and market demands.

Reporting and analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize business development efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 3 years (required)
- Business Developments: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE driving (required)
