We are seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to join our Company. He/she typically involves building and maintaining relationships with brokers or real estate agents. The primary focus is to establish a strong network of brokers who can help in the sales or leasing of properties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and real estate agents to establish a network of potential partners. This includes regular communication, meetings, and providing necessary support to brokers.
2. Business Development: Identify and engage with new brokers or real estate agencies to expand the company's network and reach. Actively seek opportunities to collaborate and create strategic partnerships.
3. Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to brokers on company policies, procedures, products, and services. Help brokers understand the benefits and unique selling points of the company's properties or projects.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive analysis. Provide brokers with relevant market information to help them make informed decisions and better serve clients.
5. Sales Support: Collaborate with brokers during the sales process by assisting with property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Act as a liaison between brokers and other departments within the company to ensure smooth transactions.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor broker performance, track sales activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of brokers' efforts. Provide feedback, performance metrics, and suggestions for improvement.
7. Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of brokerage agreements and contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of brokers, clients, and leads. Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and provide personalized services.
9. Networking and Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and establish new broker relationships. Represent the company professionally and actively promote its services.
10. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies, share market insights, and enhance the overall effectiveness of broker partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a brokers relationship manager within the Real Estate Developer.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset.
