Duties and Roles of a Real Estate Broker:
*Make outbound calls to find properties via our vast database of landlords/sellers

Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients

Taking photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals / CRM system

Arrange and conduct viewings

Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties

Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business

Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
