Hand-on experience in SFDC (SalesForce).
- Ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content. Many e-commerce associates are heavily involved in the quality assurance of such website content and perform the IT-related tasks that underpin these systems.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform and managing all their IT requirements.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns with the different department.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps and manage develop and any IT related tasks.
- Using smart technology and IT platform to Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department and by sales person and by manufacturer new product sell-through and offer code performance.
- Share all presentation using data extracted from platform to the Management for the Operation regularly and when required and other tasks as assigned by the management.

- Salesforce (SFDC)
- Basic Knowledge of Shopify.
- immediate joiners only

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
