**POSITION OVERVIEW**: The Entertainer is actively seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of optimizing Salesforce implementations to catalyze business growth. As an expert in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, you will be instrumental in leveraging the platform's potential to align with the dynamic needs of our organization.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Salesforce Configuration & Customization**:

- Drive business processes and workflows by configuring and customizing Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Design and implement automation through workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Develop validation rules and formula fields to maintain data integrity.
- Leverage your knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- **User Management**:

- Oversee user access, permissions, profiles, and roles to uphold data security and comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- **Data Management & Migration**:

- Lead data management initiatives, including data cleansing, migration, and integration with third
- party systems. Ensure data quality and consistency across the Salesforce platform.
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce.
- **Reports & Dashboards**:

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- **User Support & Training**:

- Deliver comprehensive support to end-users, resolve issues promptly, and conduct training sessions to ensure optimal use of Salesforce functionalities.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce robust security policies, roles, profiles, and permissions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **System Upgrades & Maintenance**:

- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, evaluate their impact on the organization, and plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Developer (DEV 401) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

**PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)**:

- Experience with other CRM platforms such as Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of database management concepts and SQL querying.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Data Loader.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Einstein Analytics.
