The Role
SalesforceAdministration: Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRMplatform ensuring its high performance reliability and scalability.User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive support tousers including troubleshooting technical issues conductingtraining sessions and developing user guides. Customization& Development: Customize Salesforce using advanced toolslike Apex Visualforce and Lightning components. Develop customapplications to enhance functionality. Data Management: Implementbest practices for data management including data migrationintegration deduplication and validation to maintain data accuracyand integrity. Reporting & Analytics: Create and managecomplex reports and dashboards. Utilize Salesforce EinsteinAnalytics for predictive analysis and actionable insights.Integration: Design and implement integration solutions using APIsmiddleware and thirdparty applications to seamlessly connectSalesforce with other enterprise systems. Security &Compliance: Configure security settings user roles and accesscontrols to ensure data protection. Ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulatory requirements. Process Automation: Developand deploy process automation solutions using Salesforce FlowProcess Builder and other automation tools to streamline businessprocesses.

Requirements
Qualifications: Education: Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or a relatedtechnical field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as aSalesforce Administrator or Developer. Certification: SalesforceCertified Administrator is required; additional certifications suchas Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce CertifiedAdvanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developerare highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforcedevelopment tools (Apex Visualforce Lightning Components)integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs) and data management tools.Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills withthe ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Communication: Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten with the ability to explain technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
