**Full-time field : Operation supervisor for sports club (Required in Dubai)**:
Wonderful me after school club is a well-established and a leading Multi-Sports Academy that works at schools in Dubai who provides top quality Sports Coaching for Kids ( football, basketball, karate, dance ,ballet, swimming, tennis, art/crafts ,After school activities, tournaments, Holiday Camps, and Summer Camps. the company is expanding and looking to hire a **Full-time field operation supervisor **who is enthusiastic, positive, well organized.

Operations filed supervisor for sports academy / After school club:
The Operations supervisor serves in the field at schools as a liaison between Management, Administrative staff, Coaches staff as well as clients. Operations supervisor - is a dynamic and initiative person who thinks outside of the box, always takes the extra mile to ensure a maximum customer satisfaction and top-quality customer service is delivered at all times as well as exceptional management of all operations of the academy. This role requires outstanding customer service, organizational, marketing experience, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the after school and sports academy
- Manages and supervises the Administrative team in their daily work and evaluates their performance.
- Evaluates the overall performance of the academy on regular basis and contributes towards quality improvement and/or makes relevant suggestions for improvement.
- Analyzes customer feedbacks and develops new techniques to ensure customer retention.
- Ensures to work towards meeting KPI targets set by the Management.
- Visits different training locations daily and uses this opportunity to connect with parents and collect feedbacks.
- Arranges and attends personal meetings with parents to address any concerns, complaints, questions, whenever necessary.
- Ensures the team maintains and manages relations with clients effectively and professionally..
- Guides the team to ensure top customer service is provided at all times and operations of all sports academy branches are handled properly.
- Oversees lead web platform and ensures all academy related leads are managed properly and that the team uses sales techniques to convert them into clients.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, locations and offerings of other competing sports academies in UAE.
- Supervises financial performance of the whole academy while keeping accurate records of all overdue payments from clients on regular basis and ensuring collections are made by the Administrative team in timely and efficient manner.
- overseeing academy-related expenses.
- Prepares periodical reports about customers’ renewal rates, payments, complaints, surveys, members’ dynamics and so on.
- Ensures all uniform and equipment items are kept track of during the season to avoid any shortage and to allow enough time ahead to place orders.
- Assists in managing the logistics of running a sports academy (handling uniform and equipment orders, liaising with third parties whenever necessary and so on).
- Organizes and obtains customer satisfaction data through annual surveys for overall analyses of the academy’s performance.
- Ensures academy calendar is always kept up to date and any marked activities/events are implemented and communicated to parents in timely manner.
- Participates in and coordinates various academy events and extra activities.
- Gets involved in member relations/academy operations matters on own initiative.
- Collaborates with team members on any ongoing projects, if requested by the management.
- Carries out other appropriate general office duties as assigned by the management.
- Provides input to Marketing Department on marketing and promotional materials, campaigns, events, website content related to the academy. Where possible, shares initiatives or ideas in an ongoing effort to recruit new membersand increase sales
- Marketing and Promotion: You may be responsible for marketing and promoting the sports academy, including developing marketing materials, creating social media campaigns, and building relationships with local schools and organizations.

Student Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times during program hours. Monitor

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with marketing ( Instagram, paid aids, Facebook )
- Deadline oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding telephone manner in English.
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Previous experience working with children in an after-school, camp, or educational setting, sports ( preferred )
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
