FOLLOWING NEW VISA PROCEDURE
- MAKING VISA RENEWALS
- MAKING CANCELLATIONS
- FOLLOWING EMIRATES ID MEDICAL
- PREPARING QUOTA PAPERS
- FOLLOWING OUTSIDE TRANSACTIONS IN LABOUR & IMMIGRATION
- **Note**: Daily labour & immigration transaction task and expenses should be maintained as excel and end of the month need to be tally all user account (E-Dirham & noqodi) and submitted to Accounts team as a monthly expenses.
- Proficient typing skills in Arabic is must. (Tasheel services typing, eChannel services typing).
- Experience of visa and labor cancellation of employees.
- Coordination with government authorities for submission of documents.
- Ensuring renewals of visa’s trade licenses and all other documents to avoid fines or penalty.
- Maintaining and updating daily work sheet, reporting to team leader on daily basis.
- Maintaining records of immigration transaction task and expenses on excel with proper supporting documentation.
- Updating accounts department on a monthly basis of all expenses (E-Dirham & noqodi)
- knowledge of all the government services, Amer, Tasheel, Tadbeer, Dubai economic dept.
