Bin Fadel Holding is searching for an adaptable and results-driven individual to fill the role of HR Officer/Administrator. This multifaceted position will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of our human resources department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and conduct initial resume screenings.
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, seeking resolutions to promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- **HR Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy requirements.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, serving as a liaison between staff and benefit providers.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Track training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
- **HR Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and training ROI.
- Assist in analyzing data trends and making recommendations for process improvements and strategic HR initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a diverse organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
